
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience
Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and established procedures
Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent educational background
Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
