
What you will do:
Communicate through chat & phone with subscribers
Answer how-to questions about payment
Troubleshoot streaming and content issues
Assist subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on the given application
What you will bring:
Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written communication
Intermediate in English
Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus!
Strong written communication and typing skills
Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
