Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and moderate chatbot content to ensure compliance with platform policies and
linguistic accuracy.
• Evaluate and analyze chatbot responses, ensuring clarity, contextual accuracy, and adherence
to company guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate or misleading chatbot interactions that could violate policy
standards.
• Ensure adherence to content moderation and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve flagged chatbot issues.
Requirements
• Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with chatbot-generated content, including possible exposure to
sensitive material.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
